In this fast paced world, it is important to find time for yourself to recharge, replenish and restore your body and mind to become a healthier you. Mentally. Physically and Emotionally, yoga helps us to do just that!
This 34 minute video is for everyone, regardless of one’s current condition. I believe people learn best in a joyful and encouraging environment, I’m sure you will experience that while practicing my program.
Yoga helps your body find its proper balance. Even if you only have 5 minutes to spare, please practice, you will definitely feel the benefits through regular practice.
